What is StateTel Phone?

Traditionally StateTel will run the wires to a “Demarcation Point”, this can be in a box on the side of your home or possibly in the basement.

Will StateTel run wires inside my house?

You have the option of running and maintaining the wires in your home on your own or you may have State Tel run the wires for a charge.

Will StateTel maintain the wires?

StateTel will maintain the wiring and phone jacks for a monthly fee applied to your bill.

Does StateTel rent or maintain phones?

Yes, you may rent a phone from StateTel, but many inexpensive options exist to buy them. StateTel does offer phone systems for residential or business customers.
